Why most's people shop at the Department & Retail store rather than on the Internet

Department stores have been around forever, haven't they? Well, maybe not forever, but long enough to evolve  into a contemporary shopping mainstay.Starting in the mid-1800s, a selection of entrepreneurs decided to open simple stores that over time have grown into the mega
 stores that we know today.

The various stores may look similar, but each brand has its own winning quality and unique history that encompasses decades of hard work and innovative ideas. As you shop these familiar retail institutions, gain a deeper appreciation for department stores, which take pride in providing customers with quality merchandise and attentive customer serviceDepartment stores one advantage is immediacy. If someone wants something NOW, they will go to a brick-and-mortar store rather than going online, where they would have to wait for shipping. Another advantage is that you will have more customers if you have a brick-and-mortar store in addition to your online presence. Some people just don't shop online because of the time and security. Depending on the thing that you want to buy, some people won't buy online. Some people like to see it and test it first. Same with clothing. They want to try it on first. Not that those things don't sell online, but again, an online-only store might get fewer customers for some things because they want to make the purchase decision in person.
